We want you to love your iFancyCandles purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered:

• Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Eligibility Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• How to Return
  1. Contact our customer support at returns@ifancycandles.co.za to initiate the return.
  2. Once approved, ship the product back to us using a trackable courier service.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please Note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
• Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable.
